All projects are billed on an hourly basis with rates ranging from $150 to $300 depending on the complexity of the material.
How long does it take to get it back?
We will usually give you an estimated delivery date, but most projects take a couple of days.
What if my description does not "close"?
Many descriptions do not close, if your does not close, we will tell you exactly how large the gap is.
Can you create a legal description from a survey?
yes, if you provide us with a survey, we can create the map, and also verify that the survey is correct.
